You're connected at full plan speed. When data runs out, internet access is restricted to the purchase portal and the login page reappears so you can buy more.

Your Wi-Fi Code

What is it?

Your code is a 7-digit number that unlocks your purchased data on this vessel. It looks like 4829174. Keep it safe — it's what you enter at the login page.

Where do I enter it?

The login screen appears automatically when you first connect to Apollo.WiFi. Enter your code there and tap Connect.

If the login screen closed: Go to your Wi-Fi settings, forget Apollo.WiFi, and reconnect. It may take 1–2 attempts. See Login Screen Help below for step-by-step instructions by device (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows).

How long is it valid?

30 days from the moment of purchase. The expiry date is in your receipt email. Unused data expires when the code does.

I lost my code

Check your receipt email — your code is in the subject line and body. Or visit your purchase history and enter your email to get a link with all your purchases.

Tips to Save Data

📷

Turn off iCloud & Google Photos auto-backup

Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Photos and disable "iCloud Photos." On Android, open Google Photos → Settings → Backup and disable "Backup."

🔄

Disable automatic app updates

On iPhone: Settings → App Store → turn off "App Updates." On Android: Play Store → Settings → Network Preferences → turn off "Auto-update apps."

🎵

Download music before you board

Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music all support offline playback. Download your playlists on land before the trip — streaming uses 40–75 MB/hr.

📺

Stream video in SD (480p) not HD

On Netflix: tap the profile icon → App Settings → Video Quality → "Save Data." On YouTube: tap your profile → Settings → Video Quality Preferences → choose 480p or lower.

📵

Close background apps

Apps like email, social media, and news constantly sync in the background. On iPhone, go to Settings → General → Background App Refresh and turn it off for apps you don't need.

✈️

Use offline maps

Download Google Maps or Apple Maps areas for offline use before boarding. Navigation uses minimal data once downloaded, but streaming maps adds up on a long voyage.
